Booking Your Appointment
You can make an appointment with any doctor, but we recommend that you see the same doctor whenever possible.
Our appointment system allows you to make an appointment either on the day or up to two weeks beforehand, depending on availability. If you want to
make an appointment, please use one of the following methods:
- Book your appointment online using Patient Access
- Telephone the surgery on 020 7411 6866
- Call into the health centre in person and speak to the receptionist

We will always endeavour to let you book an appointment with the doctor of your choice at a time that suits you best. This is obviously not always possible especially at times of high demand (usually around the holiday periods) and when doctors are on holiday. We are constantly reviewing the appointment system to offer a range of availability.

Children under 16 years old should be accompanied by an adult. If more than one member of your family wants to see the doctor, please make a separate appointment for each of them.
Nursing Appointments:
Our nursing services are provided by routine pre-bookable appointments only. Please contact reception to book your appointment.
