Appointments at the Practice

You will not be able to book a face-to-face GP appointment without speaking to a doctor online or over the phone first. If you need to speak to a GP please;

If your problem is urgent you can request a same day call-back from our duty doctor by calling 020 74116866. If a GP feels you need to be seen they can book you into a face to face appointment. Please note nurse appointments remain bookable on the phone, but if you develop a cough or fever please cancel your appointment a.s.a.p and self-isolate for 7 days.

What should I do if I think I have coronavirus

If you have a high temperature, fever or cough - self-isolate at home immediately, and remain isolated for 7 days. If you are generally well you do not need to take any other action. 

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. 

You do not need to call NHS 111 to tell them you are staying at home.

Please visit 111.nhs.uk online coronavirus service if:

  • You feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home

  • Your condition gets worse

  • Your symptoms and no better after 7 days

  • Please only call 999 in an emergency.

  • Please note that Coronavirus testing is not available in Primary Care

Only call NHS 111 if you cannot get help online

How to avoid catching or spreading coronavirus

Do:

  • Wash your hands with soap and water often - do this for at least 20 seconds

  • Always wash your hands when you get home or into work

  • Use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available

  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissues or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze

  • Put used tissues in the bin straight away and wash your hands afterwards

  • Try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell

Don't:

  • Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean
